At Zauber Gardens, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. Because we offer consumable herbal wellness products, we've crafted a policy that is fair, transparent, and designed to protect both you and the integrity of our products.

Returns

Due to the consumable and perishable nature of our herbal tea and wellness products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items. This policy exists to ensure the safety and quality of every product our customers receive.

Unopened, unused items in their original packaging may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us at [your support email] with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs for non-defective items are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds for eligible returns will be processed once we receive and inspect the item.

Refunds & Replacements

We will gladly offer a full refund or free replacement if your order:

  • Arrives damaged or defective
  • Is lost in transit
  • Contains the wrong item

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

Contact us at hello@zaubergarden.com within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item (where applicable)

Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive either:

  • A full refund to your original payment method (please allow 5–10 business days), or
  • A free replacement shipped at no additional cost

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used products
  • Items returned without prior authorization
  • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different product, please return your eligible item (if applicable) and place a new order.
