Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Delivery Estimates (U.S. Orders)
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control. Zauber Gardens is not responsible for carrier delays once your order has been dispatched.
Tracking
Tracking information is provided for all orders via email. If you have not received your tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at hello@zaubergarden.com.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. Contact us within 14 days of the delivery date and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
